I am a practitioner of Disruptive Innovation- the indispensable engine for growth and success in today’s dynamic business environment. As a strategic leader, I have the distinct ability to envision the products and experiences of the future. I am an expert in leading cross-functional teams for global brands like HP, Dell, Samsung and Nokia, through complex, multi-dimensional projects. I have in-depth understanding of the design processes, business principles, global macro trends, and brand strategy. My creative leadership has led to the creation of dozens of commercially successful consumer products, with iconic and refined product designs, holistic user experiences, and aesthetic longevity. These products received a great reception in their target markets, and have won multiple prestigious design awards.
 

In 2019, I founded mikidesign co. - a modern art & design production house based in Portland. The startup has launched multiple online stores offering iconic framed art, sophisticated lifestyle products, pieces of furniture and fashion accessories. In addition to the mikidesign co. business, we are also actively collaborating with other entrepreneurs and startups.

Before mikidesign co., I led HP’s Design Innovation team, a new group created in 2015, with main focus on imagining the Future of Consumer and Business Computing, and expanding HP's capability towards advanced experiences beyond the confines of their Core hardware portfolio. My team was able to predict internally, ahead of time, many of the next-gen products, services and experiences that were subsequently released in the market by HP's main competitors. The Innovation team's creativity and productivity led to the filing of over 80 valuable utility patents, to many of which I was the lead inventor.
